We have a 17 year old slab foundation house in Central Texas.
We've noticed termites inside the stems of our rose bushes about 15 feet
away from the house and are getting a termite inspector to come out next week.
Doing some research online.
What questions should we ask the Pest Control Person / Termite Inspector from ABC Pest Control?
Worst case scenario, is there usually a warranty for termite treatment or prevention?
