Open Question: Can I add someone to my company that I'm not paying and not have to to fill out any extra tax forms?

I own a pest control company and I'm the only employee but to do termite work I have to have someone that's certified in termite in my company. Can I add this person with their consent to my company and since I'm not paying them not do anything extra with my taxes?
