Open Question: How can we possibly evict FLEAS here in our home? Because they're badly attacking us. Pls. the effective way.?

We already vacuumed every furniture, sprayed insecticides, and even sold our cat. We can't afford, calling for pest control. And FYI, I'm living here in the Philippines.
